Your input stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded or saved automatically. Export a file before refreshing or leaving if you want to keep your work.

Plan a change rather than a summary of events. Move cards up or down with the buttons; exports preserve the current order. Limits: 60 scenes, 4,000 characters per field.

Scene 1

To decide: characters, goal, conflict, choice, turn, before, after.

Fill every card’s characters, goal, conflict, choice, turning point, and before/after states to review the plan. Partial plans can still be exported.

How to use this tool

  1. Create a card for one consequential attempt.
  2. State what is true before entry and what changes at exit.
  3. Reorder cards, inspect each handoff, and export the plan as Markdown or JSON.

Original worked example

Input

Tavi needs to move medicine across a broken bridge; the only repair pin is the cart's axle pin.

Output

Choice: sacrifice cart mobility for the platform repair. Before: usable cart, broken anchor. After: stranded cart, repair can begin.

Original authored scene-card illustration, not a generated story scene.

Check your result

  • Can a writer tell what the character tries in this scene?
  • Does the next card respect this card's changed exit state?

Limits and failure cases

  • Local planning tool; it does not write a scene or repair causality automatically.
  • Missing-field reminders cannot judge whether a literary choice is effective.
  • Keep spent resources and changed relationships consistent after sorting.
